Genshin Impact’s latest Natlan teaser has finally revealed the Pyro Archon officially, and her name is Mavuika. She is a tall and fierce woman, and truly encapsulates the strength of the Pyro Archon we have learned so far about in the story. But there isa lot more to the Pyro Archon than revealedin the teaser. Here is everything we know about Pyro Archon Mavuika inGenshin Impact Natlan, including leaks and official information.

Who Is the Pyro Archon in Genshin Impact

Mavuika is thecurrent Pyro Archonin Genshin Impact. The Pyro Archon is also called the God of War in Genshin Impact and she is considered one of thestrongest Archons in Teyvat.

Archons are divine beings that rule over Teyvat. Seven Archons rule over the seven regions of Teyvat and only 5 of them were officially introduced in the game before the Pyro Archon. With the introduction of Mavuika as the new Natlan character, it only leaves out the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya as the final Archon left to be officially introduced in the game.

Pyro Archon Mavuika Voice Actor

Mavuika’s English voice actor is Katiana Sarkissian, who is known for voicing June Seaver in Fallout 76 (game), and Hecate in Smite (game).

Mavuika’s Japanese voice actor is Mikako Komatsu, who is known for voicing Maki Zenin in Jujutsu no Kaisen (anime), Setsuna in Yashahime, and Linkle in Hyrule Warriors (game).

Genshin Impact Pyro Archon Mavuika Speculated Release Date

According toNatlan leaks, we learn that the Pyro Archon Mavuika will be released after 6 new Natlan characters. Considering three new characters are released per version from 5.0, we can speculate thatPyro Archon Mavuika will be released in Genshin Impact version 5.2. This also checks out with the last two Archons releases, as Nahida released on version 3.2 and Furina released on version 4.2.

If everything goes as per expectation, then thePyro Archonis speculated to release around November 15, 2024. However, these are speculative dates based on Genshin Impact banner trends and leaks. These are not confirmed information, so don’t take it for granted.

Pyro Archon Mavuika’s Lore in Genshin Impact

Pyro Archon Mavuika is more of a godor deityto Natlan tribes than a ruler or governor. There is very little information about the Pyro Archon, other than Venti and Vennessa’s interaction in the Songs of the Wind comic. In the comic taking place 1000 years back, Venti finds Vennessa, a Muratan, in Mondstadt.

Venti identifies Vennessa as a Muratan, and tells her that her people were originally from Natlan, the land of the Pyro Archon. Vennessa reveals that she and her tribe had left Natlan long enough that they had no knowledge of their history or the Pyro Archon.

From their interaction, it was clear thatVenti was familiar with the Pyro Archon.The name of the Pyro Archon was never revealed in the comic and she was addressed as the Lady of Fire and Lady of War. If Mavuika is the same Pyro Archon as mentioned by Venti, then she is among the oldest Archons in Genshin Impact.

Pyro Archon Mavuika Leaked Kit and Weapon

It is still too early to have confirmed information about Mavuika’s kit, but we do have some early leaks. First, thePyro Archon Mavuika is going to be a 5-star Pyro character. Her leaked kit is rumored to feature both on-field and off-field DPS abilities.

Other than that, the rumors suggest that her kit will have abilities that increase the entire team’s survivability and that shewill be a hybrid character, with both DPS and Support skills.

Another leak also reveals that the Pyro Archon is expected to be either a Claymore or Polearm user. From the latest version 5.0 trailer, we get a quick glimpse ofMavuika’s weapon, which looks like a Claymore.But Genshin Impact is known to change the weapon from the actual character design,like making Raiden Shogun a Polearm user instead of a Sword user.

Now, these leaks are very early so take the info with a pinch of salt,probably more than a pinch.

Is Pyro Archon Mavuika Same as Murata Himeko?

Many characters in the Hoyoverse universe share the same identitybut in different timelines. We have seen this multiple times, from Raiden Shogun, Acheron, and Raiden Mei, to other characters like Silver Wolf, Welt, and more.

With the release of the Pyro Archon Mavuika, many in the community are again asking whether she is the same as Murata Himeko from Honkai Impact 3rd. This theory started after the release of the Genshin Impact Songs of the Wind comic, whichmentions the people of Natlan as Muratan. A mistranslation in the English version made many in the community think that the name of the Pyro Archon was Murata, which was not the case in the original Chinese version.

Nevertheless, there are definitely similarities between the character designs of Mavuika and Murata Himeko.However, so far we haveno official confirmation that both of these characters are the same person, or the same version of the person from different timelines,unlike Raiden Mei and Acheron.
