Microsoft continues to improve the Edge browser’s shopping experience, and its latest addition gives users more control over automatic price tracking and notifications. This newly introduced setting aims to simplify online shopping and ensure users never miss a deal. It highlights opportunities where products can be tracked, allowing users to stay informed about potential savings without manually checking each product.

By enabling the “save time and money with shopping in Microsoft Edge” setting in Edge, users can automatically track prices for products and receive notifications when prices drop.
This setting enables Edge to help users ” find coupons, cashback, and other savings while shopping. It also identifies alternative product offers and uses browsing history and page content to improve the shopping experience.”
Microsoft Edge’s Show opportunities to track product prices setting
The new setting,“Show opportunities to track product prices,”further improves the shopping experience by automatically identifying when a product can be tracked and notifying users when the price drops. This feature is currently available in the Canary version of Microsoft Edge.

How to enable the automatic Price Tracking Setting in Microsoft Edge
