Today, Twitter’s “Klobrille” noticed that Sylvia Chambers has joined Microsoft’s new studio, The Initiative, as Character Animator. Chambers is known for her work at Sony’s “Naughty Dog,” EA’s “DICE,” and other teams. You may recognize many of these AAA games because she’s worked on Battlefield V, Uncharted 4, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, among others. Her demo reel can be seen below.

Chambers is an excellent addition to The Initiative. Let’s hope that the studio’s first project wows everyone because it’s made up of amazing developers from across the industry.
We can’t wait to see what Chambers makes at her new position. Many are expected The Initiative’s new game to be unveiled either at Microsoft’s rumored MayXbox Series Xreveal or during their digital E3 showcase in June. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we know more.
