Is there a collector’s edition for Resident Evil 3?
Yes, Capcom has made a collector’s edition forResident Evil 3. This special package includes a collector’s artbook, a map of Raccoon City, a digital soundtrack with music from both Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil Resistance, as well as an 11-inch tall statue of Jill Valentine. It all comes in a unique S.T.A.R.S. box for easily packing it away.
Tough to find
Unfortunately, not only was this collector’s edition limited to GameStop, but it’s now completely out of stock. Unless you’re willing to pay exhorbitant prices through a third-party retailer suchas eBay, it’s best to just sigh and grab the standard version of the game. It’s possible that Capcom will bring the Resident Evil 3 collector’s edition back in stock at a later date but we wouldn’t bet on it.
If you want an idea of what the game will play like and how this remake has changed things up, you can try out the demo, which isavailable on Xbox One and PCright now. Resident Evil 3 is currently scheduled to release on April 3, 2020.
