Microsoft managed to fix the problem with KB5045594 by using the using Known Issue Rollback (KIR). So, if you somehow installed it, got to Windows Update > Update History > Uninstall updates and uninstall it. If not, the update will disappear from the list of updates.
With Windows 10 KB5044273, things are a bit complicated because Microsoft didn’t issue any rollbacks. Some users who managed to install it had problems running auto starts for Wallpaper Engine and TranslucentTB.
